Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be changed, modified, canceled, or refunded.
Because our extensions are prepared intentionally and handled with care, we are unable to accommodate order changes after processing begins.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Processing Time
All orders require processing before shipment:
- Standard Processing: 3–7 business days
- Peak Season or Sale Periods: 7–14 business days
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing
Please Note: Express shipping refers to delivery speed only and does not shorten processing time.
Business Hours & Fulfillment
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM (EST).
Orders placed after 6 PM on Fridays or during weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
AP Hair Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or shipping carriers. Shipping and Billing addresses must match.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Shipping fees cover delivery to your destination country only.
