REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges

Upon approval of management, exchanges are accepted for the same purchase price if we are contacted within 3 business days of delivery.

Hair must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition, including original packaging. Any hair that has been worn, altered, installed, or modified is not eligible for exchange.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved exchanges.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Due to the intimate nature of hair extensions, we ask that all orders be reviewed carefully prior to completing your purchase. All sales are final.

In the rare event that a refund is approved, it will be issued in the form of store credit only.

Health & Sanitation Policy

For the safety of all our clients, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any hair that has been opened, altered, worn, or tampered with in any way.
