What if i needed my order expedited?
Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Once processed, orders arrive within 1–2 business days.
Please note: expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not shorten processing. For full details, refer to our Shipping Policy.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package is lost, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier or with Route Package Protection if selected at checkout.
AP HAIR CO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.

How do I care for my extensions?
Care for your extensions as you would your natural hair.
Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, deep condition regularly, and allow hair to air dry when possible. Minimize excessive heat and avoid heavy oils.

How long does the hair last?

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How many bundles do I need?
12"–16": 2–3 bundles
18"–24": 3–4 bundles
26" and up: 4+ bundles
For a more protective and polished finish, consider adding a closure or frontal.
Can i return or exchange the hair?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving it.
can i color the hair?
Absolutely. Since the hair is raw and unprocessed, it can be professionally colored or bleached. We recommend consulting a licensed stylist for best results.
do you offer pickup or local delivery?
